• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 24, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
• PlayStation®: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 24, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)

HELP- accounts and toons across pts and live

usually i log into the pts every now and then whenever there is a maintenance- the last time i did- my toons from my live account- but from about 2 weeks prior were on- it was great- i was able to test new gear with the new changes. i just logged in- and i swear- theyre my toons from about 3 years ago. i m still wearing twice born star in them- im not sure why my account reverts to and from on the pts- but is there a way to have consistent toons on the pts that anyone can clue me in on?

    Those are your EU characters...

    Edit: for clarity... they can't have both EU and NA characters on PTS, so they alternate.

    the last time i logged onto the pts- they were my NA toons, and recent ones too.

    You can’t. It’s either EU or NA chars, and only ZOS can switch it with a server maintenance.
