Disconnecting in overland zones

God almighty has this pissed me off so bad for so long, everytime i decided to venture out of a city/instanced area i keep getting random disconnects regularely. It took me like 1/3 more time than it should to complete the psijic order skill line up to level 10. Customer support? Yeah I contacted them but by the 4th letter i noticed they just keep sending pre-written letters with the possible "solutions" being repeated again and again. Like jesus christ, can't zenimax just admit theres something wrong on their part so I wouldn't sit there hoping theres some magical fix and waste my time doing all that...I mean it doesn't take a genious to figure out that it can't be something wrong on my side by now, I can play any other online game just fine and if I stay in cities and instanced areas such as trials dungeons or vma everythings fine, but the moment i venture outside sky starts falling down.
Has anyone else had this issue? Did anyone find out the cause of this issue? Is there any possible way to fix this issue? So many questions...so little answers

    An insane amount of people have been having issues for the longest time. The cause? ZOS's coding and unwillingness to improve servers. There's is nothing we can do about it. The ball is in ZOSs hands and they're running the wrong way (or not moving at all)

    You dont contact customer support and expect a real person.

    The real customer support will contact you if they feel like it.
