Help me with a build?

So my character is an Orc Sorc and I want to keep her a magicka one. I like both tanking and dps. My orc also uses a two handed sword.

My goal is to have a PVE build for soloing and group stuff. (Vet and DLC dungeons)

I don't care if I don't end up the most powerful player on ESO. This is my first character and I did not make her the most optimized. I know that now. Still I want her to be competent.

okay, so one bar is a 2 handed weapon, what's the other bar?

an orc with a 2H would normally be a stamina focused character - however, there are some ways to do a little damage with your 2H and still incorporate magicka use into your build...

my suggestion would be to have one bar your 2H, and, the other bar a destro or resto staff...set your bars up with a bit of a mixture of stamina, magicka skills...

look at balancing your attributes to suit...

switching bars should help with your sustain...

a set like shacklebreaker would really help a bunch...maybe mix it with a health or damage mitigation set...

it's going to be extremely challenging to build your dps...not impossible, just really challenging...

I have a bosmer sorcerer...decided to go 2H and bow...

tried for a long time to mix stamina and magicka abilities (and failed)...

finally put him and 7 medium and went all stamina...he's a pretty decent aoe dps character now...

one of my templars though uses SnB and destro weapons, and, partly due to how useful breath of life is (even on a predominatly stamina character) - I've been successful in making this character hybrishish...

he's an orc also...part of what helps is his gear choice (right now wearing shacklebreaker, plague doctor and molag kena), and the glyphs I use on my armor, weapons, and jewelry...

I keep him in all heavy because i like to use him as a tank in pledge dungeons...most of his time though is spent pvping...

Soloing vet dungeons is very hard, even on meta sorc build and magicka race. DLC dungeons are a different story, even on normal it will often be challenging due to the mechanics.

You have a massive disadvantage that will make it hard. Two-handed doesnt work for dps or tanking on a magicka build. Orc racials also dont help a magicka build but race is less important than your weapon.

The best thing you can do if you want a competent orc sorc with two-handed weapon is switch to stamina build. They are pretty tanky and can produce good dmg with two-handed (main weapon) and bow (secondary weapon). You would still use some magic spells for buffs and movement.
