Where is the Amulet of King? Errr. Where is the jewelry crafting station in The Hollow City?

There are other six craft station, daily craft quest tables and quartermaster, but I didn't find jewelry crafting station.

Is there?

Would be nice if there was more. There's one missing outside humblemud too.

There are 3 enchanting stations, it's really weird for such hollow place - they could replace at least 1 of those with jewelry station. I was very sad when I discovered the lack of those stations in my home town - this prevents me from doing my crafting dailies there... I reported it via "bug" interface right after Summerset early release - still not fixed and doesn't even seem to be acknowledged by developers

Also there are no jewelry stations on starter islands.

I found many other places for example Shornhelm(Rivenspire), Vivec City (Vvardenfell) etc.
