Battlegrounds enhancement suggestions

Hello. I love playing ESO and battlegrounds but I have found some problems that really affect the gameplay and its fairness.
Sloads stacking. It isn't rare to have over 1 sloads in your death recap. I know ZOS is nerfing it a bit but the big problem with sloads is STACKING. One proc of sloads isn't too strong but when it stacks it's overpowered.
Ultimate. You always enter the battlegrounds with the amount of ultimate you had before entering, which means a person can enter the game with 0 or 500 ultimate which makes a big difference. I suggest that everyone's ultimates reset to 0 when you enter.
Sigil of power. It is extremely powerful. You can activate it with your teamates and destroy everyone without much effort. 2 lethal arrows can kill a player with the power. I have gotten and used it many times. I like the idea but they implemented it poorly. Maybe increase the duration but reduce the damage bonus greatly.
