Invisible Weapons

Has anyone been experiencing invisible weapons that can only be temporarily fixed by either using a shrine or logging out?
I am on PS4 NA and for a few days now (In Aurodon) when I draw my weapons they're invisible.
It also happened that my weapon swap gets messed up where if I switch to my bow, my toon will hold it like my duel wield and vice versa. All the while the weapons are invisible.
If I do log out it helps for a bit until I'm in combat again.
