It went at 6AM GMT.
Not that simple eh? You'd be surprised by what I've seen in 32 years of I.T. Or EDP as it was back then.
Moot point, really. they won't ever tell us.

There has been no maintenance for 2 weeks, so the only way this could have happened is if somebody manually turned it back to automatic.

It's probably the repair after the last major outage in the area failing and out of both the datacentre and ZOS' hands, but that's only a guess
