Battlegrounds based on ping.

As the title describes we have only one megaserver which only benefits to NA players and some nearby countries playing with not the best ping they seek.
Playing with low ping against others players that dont have that awesome 3 white bars give u a lot of advantage , every 1 v X shows it . A lot of player that can't even see when they die , in a gameplay mechanic enviroment where everything happens in a blink of an eye .

As a south america player i think we have a big community though a lot of people wont agree with me but you can see that in a lot of games that i will not name here , other mmorpg games offer even much better ping than the ESO do, for far away countries , i know a south america megaserver is beyond my understanding of how things work in a mmo company , and if it would be profitable or not.

What im asking to developers is : it is possible to make battlegrounds to queue us based on the ping the player have? , making it a better option for competitive pvp ,and being different than the actual campaign in cyrodill that lack performance and stability plus a red ping always, atleast for me and the rest of people that play with high ping in the game being worst in pvp or high populated areas.

My idea is to assign a player to this 3 groups depending on the ping they have :

50 + - 150
150 + - 200
200 + - unlimited

if there is not enough people, well you can always keep playing in the normal queue for every ping .


PROS :

* Leaderboards will show a fair representation of top players.
* Battlegrounds will be more fun , and less frustrating.
* People will keep playing battlegrounds learning faster and getting used to the gameplay mechanics , better for the new players that join in the game , like from morrowind.

CONS :

* Long queue time ( the actual one is pretty fast almost instantly , so we shall see ).

This is not a QQ just a discussion for something new and cool that maybe , or maybe not will possible to add in the game , possitive comments will be appreciated.
