Decreased the range of Two Handed, Dual Wield, One Hand and Shield, Unarmed, and Werewolf Heavy Attacks to 7 meters from 10 meters.

The range for melee Heavy Attacks now matches other melee cast time and channeled abilities, such as Uppercut and Flurry.
This would be great if light and heavy attacks actually worked as intended. There is no reason that
any of my light/heavy attacks (with the above weapons) should miss when i am literally in someones face. Like inches away. Facing right at them. And this happens like 50% or more of the time. Its like it goes right through them, like they're a ghost.
This didnt always happen. Somewhere along the line, my guess is around one tamriel, you guys messed up heavy/light attacks and they have remained this way ever since. Same thing with gap closing through somenes body instead of landing in front of them, but thats another story.
All im saying is could you guys maybe look at why light and heavy attacks miss so much before you decrease the range? I think this is a solid change but there is an issue that should be taken into consideration.
