Alinor bookshelf, grand full (new mastercraft item)

For the love of Akatosh, please add a filled version of it. I understand that it might be difficult to increase housing slots etc., but why almost all bookcases are empty? "Filled" versions could save so many slots...
There are "filled" versions in various houses and delves, and it would be really nice to get those as well.

I asked for this back in Summerset beta too.

We've gotten filled versions of all the DLC bookshleves so far. This is the first empty one. We know there is a filled version as it's used in all the Summerset homes you can enter (it's the same asset every time).

Filling your own bookshelves is impossible. One bookshelf alone takes up 20-30 furniture slots. If you want more than 2-3 bookshelves in your house, you're looking at more than half your total furniture limit being used up.

I would also like to see this furnishing actually be filled with books and such.
I love the bookcase, but filling it would be a nightmare.

It would be even nicer if books would get their own count, or not count towards the total period. I would much prefer to have all my books in one house without sacrificing hundreds of item slots to them.

Agreed!
With current limitations book collections serve no purpose which is really sad. And t would be awesome if we could make functional libraries.

Sadly all the bookcases really need to be redone. All the basic racial ones, the Alinor ones etc.

It's so incredibly weird and nonsensical that the ONLY items they bothered to clutter up were 2 Redguard bookcases and a single Hlaalu one. The furniture systems team really need to step up their game some time soon..

Yes! As if we don't already have enough to worry about in trying to decorate the monster of a new home with 700 items! There really should be filled versions of every bookcase in the game!

Yeah, and the assets are already in game so they could just make them craftable, or at least add them to crown store.

Here's my idea to help save space and allow customization. Bookshelves are containers and when you put a book or other item in them they count towards the bookshelve's item limit instead of your housing limit. In this situation there would be a separate editor to allow placement of the objects within the bookshelf. There would also be a limit to only "tiny" and "small" sized items. If you wanted to put larger items for some reason you would just put them in there with the current system and they would still count towards your house limit.

I thought it was filled since the name is "Alinor Bookshelf, Grand Full". It's already "grand" which denotes the size of it so why does it say "full"?
Could it be that they meant to have it use a different model that is actually full which we see all over Summerset already?

I hope this is just a bug.
A huge bookshelf that is empty is even more stupid and useless than a smaller empty bookshelf. It's such a pain to decorate properly and such an item limit hog.
