World SKills (Werewolf, Vampire, Soul) should scale off of highest stat
For the longest time I've wondered why these skills, like a lot of others, are pigeonholed into being either magica or stamina. Having these scale off of highest stat would open up even more builds. From my perspective adding Werewolf to my mag warden would enable me to play a sort of shape-shifting druid. If you could mix vamp with a stamina build you'd have a death/shadow knight. As a normally magic based player I hate being pushed toward vampire only to give me some more skills for building. It's just not my bag. Anyway I just wanted to see how others feel about this, get a bit of a spot light on the issue, and maybe get the devs to thinking a bit more creatively on character building options.
