Framerate drops (PS4)

I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing crippling framerate drops on the PS4. I can't say how long this has been going on because I just reinstalled about a week ago after having taken a break before Summerset. I'm on the NA server with a 100mb connection. It doesn't seem to be related to any particular amount of player activity. I often get stutters when I'm out in the wilderness by myself. I don't have any way to log how many frames I'm dropping to, but based on my experience, I'd say it's sometimes around 10 - 15 for extended periods of time.
