The skill rarely lasts 4 seconds.

Usually, in Cyrodiil the fear only last 2 seconds at most. So you're nerfing it down to 1 or maybe a half second. That's way too much.

Aspect of Terror is a major defense for a class with no strong heals, cleanse or ranged stuns.

    Either way, it doesn't deserve a nerf. NBs don't have much going for them for defense. My point is that the other classes weeping at their dead bodies need not affect a skill that is not OP. Rune Prison should get nerfed before Aspect of Terror. wah! troll away...

    Fear and Shadow Image teleportation (+ both gives minor maim), Bolstering Darkness' 60% damage reduction, Soul Siphon and Strife's healing, Blur (15% dodge chance) and major resistances from the Shadow Barrier passive which activates when you spam your main offense and defense skill.

    it no longer does this. It grant major protection for 8 seconds after leaving the aoe. For everyone.
