I am assuming that since guars can be found in black marsh, so can netches

if you go on the pts and use the costumer crate it will appear in non combat pets

I think that's the one that comes out of runebox fragments from PvP in Cyrodiil. But, I'm not 100% certain.

NO no, on the pts server there is a special netch that you get from a rune box

Black Marsh? I guess it's something from the upcoming Murkmire DLC. Odd that it's on the PTS already though.

Hmm that's possible, i did find him when I eventually made a template. the Runebox made me think Public Dungeon because of Summerset...but not expecting any of those soon.
