Does twin blade and blunt bleed from axes (DW) and heavy weapons bleed from battle axe(2H) stack?

For example, you are on your DW axes bar and your passive bleed procs, then you bar-swap to your 2H battle axe and your passive bleed also procs while your DW one was still active, what is the result? Some people have told me they stack and others have said they over-ride one another and simply refresh the duration...

Only thing's that dont stack are minor/minor or major/major stuff. In this case they are unique bleeds, so they do stack.

I thought this was common knowledge at this point. They DO stack.

I've been killed by both from the same character on my deathlog. This confirms that they most definitely stack.
