    @ZOS_BillE Even my new ticket about Can't Login ESO Support from the following thread has been replied by your support agent but not his ticket. Can you direct someone to solve the ticket id # 180701-002768 please? It's an easy thing about guild name change, shouldn't take that much time.

    You should avoid updating an unanswered support ticket as that can cause further delays in getting a response.

    The ticket you've mentioned, #180701-002768, has been responded to and the guild name changed.
