Small Purchasing Issue

When buying crowns,i use a mastercard.Everytime i click the Mastercard option and input my info,it declines it.I decided to try clicking Visa and inputing my info and it works every time.Small issue,but this may prevent ppl with a mastercard from buying anything if they arent aware.Cheers
