Now it's not enough to just crash and have to restart the game, but now the whole damn computer freezes up and I have to do a hard reboot . Its happening a lot now, and other more populated/demanding games don't do this so it's not on my end.

Please, go to the doctor ZOS, you're dying and it's a burden on me.

If your system is crashing, that's your fault. There should be no way a remote server can do that to a properly maintained client, even if the server is malicious.

    It IS on your end.

There is no money in fixing games, but lots of money in new content. This game will not see year 5 if they keep refusing to fix the DAMM game.

If it's only ESO and nothing else it likely isn't.

The game freezing up and siezing his entire CPU likely isn't a PC issue. This game has a history of CPU issues and it wouldn't suprise me if it was a mutation of that.

Next time it happens, write down the time it does and reboot the computer. When it boots open "event viewer" and look under "windows events" for any events happening in that time that could relate to the crash.

That is your best bet to find the culprit. You want to look specifically for events related to driver crashes or software specific crashes, maybe the problem relies in some software incompatibility or outdated drivers.

Could be heat. I had the same issue a year or so ago. Unrelated to the server/game problem. In my case as more demand was place on my PC by playing the game it would lock up. I moved the video card to the lower slot and bought a better cpu heat exchanger. Turns out it was the motherboard temp sensor. I downloaded hardware monitor and found the problem.
