Does Dlcs crossover servers Na to eu[ETC]

So umm one of my friends told me that bought store doesn't cross over servers.
My questions are.
1.Does cosmetics cross over between servers? if not
2.Does at least dlcs cross over between servers? because if not this is dumb in so many ways.
Like what can be shared between servers and what cant be.

Crown Store items are only available on the server they were purchased on
ie buy on PC/EU then that is where it is available & only there unless you purchase it on PC/NA as well

each server is completely isolated, with the exception of the account itself, all characters and anything purchased in the crown store is bound to the server selected at game start.

not sure about the crown currency though

The crowns themselves, i.e. the currency, is shared. Basically it can just be reduced to this:

If you buy/get it in the crown store (crown store articles but also crown gems, for example), it is for the corresponding server only. If you buy/get it outside the crown store (like crowns, eso+, chapters, codes for ingame stuff which you have to add to your account via browser), it is shared.

Anything purchased from the crown store is server specific.

Only items purchased outside of the game cross servers such as mounts that we gained from purchasing Summerset.

it should not be beacuse we poor.. people can not be buying double each time so please fix this .. make it all carry over everything thats asking for too much
