Summerset Grand Adventurer - Do Psijic Order quests count?

I'm currently working on the Summerset Grand Adventurer achievement and I was wondering if anyone could confirm whether or nor the Psijic Order quests count toward the "complete 33 quests in Summerset" requirement. The wiki says "verification needed" and I would like to know before I start so that I don't waste time sealing those time breeeches.
