After the next chapter (Assuming it's Daggerfall) the chapter after that should be Cyrodiil-related

I don't mean Cyrodiil as in the PvP aspect of it (though large-scale PvP has been long overdue some new content), I mean the land itself and the Imperials that dwell in it.

In terms of places we can actually explore (Not counting PvP due to the constant threat of enemy players) the only location with Imperial architecture and culture we've been to is the Gold Coast. Furthermore, aside from the main questline itself, we've had barely any Imperial-related quest content.

There's a large group of Imperials in Cyrodiil that are actively fighting against all three of the Alliances, yet we've had no content revolving around that faction of Imperials.

I propose that after the next chapter comes and goes (pretty much NEEDS to be something in Hammerfell otherwise it wouldn't be fair to the Daggerfall Covenant), that the next one open up a large portion of Cyrodiil that we have yet to explore, and have a storyline that heavily focuses on the Imperials. If I have to propose what the story might be for this expansion, why not something foreshadowing the Knights of the Nine expansion from Oblivion? A faction of Aylied warriors under the influence of Meridia could be involved.

    Totally agreed. :)

It'd be especially cool for those of use with Imperial characters who'd like a meaty, soloable PvE story ala the Morrowind and Summerset expansions (of which the Imperial City DLC really isn't, as it's a different animal altogether) returning to their homeland. B)

Yep Old Yeller the joke that is PVP and make it a questing zone.....could not agree more.

Nibenay was planned at one point, and we still have the area around Skingrad. Definitely something to work with there

While I'd love there to be a PvE-only variant of Cyrodiil/IC, they'd have to add a LOT of content to the area to make up for the lack of PvP.

In any case, the main reasons I borderline despise PvP are as follows:
    1. Difficult to get into a large enough group unless you're in a dedicated PvP guild. Only group leaders can invite, meaning if they ignore you, you're pretty much screwed. This results in way too much time spent idling at the gates waiting for an invite before you can actually go out and do stuff.
    2. Most of your time in Cyrodiil is spent on horseback trying to get someplace, and if you get ganked and killed your progress is immediately reset, meaning you have to do the whole tedious journey again.
    3. Some skyshards are an absolute pain to get to due to them being located beyond the gate of an opposing alliance. This means it's impossible to get them unless your alliance has the keep that guards that gate, and even then it can be difficult depending on how many players of the enemy alliance are online.

They could easily remedy these by making the following changes:
    1. VASTLY improve Activity Finder for Cyrodiil and IC, along with providing incentives to entice people into using it (more people using it will increase its effectiveness).
    2. Make "Travel to Player" transport you to a specific player's side while in Cyrodiil, but with strict limitations to prevent abuse (e.g. player being teleported to must be alive, out of combat, not near an enemy keep/resource, and nowhere near any recent conflict sites; can only be done once every few minutes; etc.).
    3. Move the skyshards that are hidden behind alliance gates to just outside of said gates.

This would make PvP far more enjoyable, in my opinion. It would reduce the downtime and increase the time spent actually doing the fun stuff like storming keeps.

Sadly that faction of imperials either joined the other factions, still is in Imperial City, or was eaten by Molag Kena's Crematorial Guards.

    Sorry.

Hm...Nibenay...that region alone wouldn't be enough for a chapter though.

I think for a chapter, all of southern Cyrodiil would be needed. Basically all Cyrodiil-territory south of the PvP zone. Leyawiin would be the main city for this chapter, and MAYBE Bravil (since its outer walls are visible in PvP, but I don't think the city itself is).
