New crates means new mounts, new outfits .... and more new stuff, or .....

I was suprised to see that i had already bought some items contained in the psijic crates (and no those did not drop from the recent 2 crates we received).
Why do i found today a costume from VVardenfell, a mount --Black lion-- that i own since april 2017. (the black lion was a limited time item. So i dont complain they put it again on sale, but why into the psijic crates ?? put it on direct sale and dont fool us)
It leaves the feeling that those crates were not well prepared and that you added in catastroph some items to compensate missing ones.
Seing the visual quality of Summerset, i expected really beautiful new items. This is a total deception.
And more, everything is always the same appearance : costumes, mounts, markings. And when you do introduce somethng new, its bugged (aka Hair, jewels, lispstick).
Of course those are only vanity stuff and i can understand some will not even care bout that. And i am starting to feel the same.
I actually even dont care i keep my 800+ gems and my crowns. But this shows also that something is wrong.
If they expect money from Crown store, they should may be realised they have to work on it.
