I only let her play when I'm sitting right next to her, and I've not seen any of that, and also, she's not allowed to type in chat, so this is why she talks aloud to dumb comments.
TL;DR: I don't know, never seen anything like that, and she's never allowed to play alone. -

TBH I was very wary of letting her play at all, I can spare an hour to monitor her- but I can't just coat her in cotton forever. :-) -

As a joke what my not so little one said years ago when playing Morrowind. Remember when coming off the boat and after being registered if you go to the basement and see the wine kegs and the buckets under them, my son said something about "look dad you can pee there".
