    You can start a ticket through the Account Recovery form in order to change the email address if you no longer have access. If you are having issues with the account recovery form you can try the following:
    • Check your browser's ad-blocker and set it to allow requests from help.elderscrollsonline.com (add it to the whitelist)
    • Use a different browser
