1: dethrone requires the dethroning factions taking all ring keeps- (obviously, this leads to point 2)

2: naturally this mechanic ends up with a single keep left- (this makes it easy for the defending faction *with emp* to know when and where to defend)

3: game mechanics encourage *and sometimes require* multiple factions working to help dethrone- (considering equal numbers and competence the defenders have advantage, add in emperor buffs and the defenders have an even greater advantage, its impossible in this scenario to dethrone AvA)

4: the design of the AvAvA and the emperor system expects the two non emp factions to dethrone and re balance the pvp fight (that is LITERALLY the point, the two losing factions gang up on the winner)

5: this will inevitably lead *by design* to two factions fighting the third at a single keep, and this battle being HUGE by design.




"spread out" or "go somewhere else" is not an option when this is what the game is designed around. its like a FPS game like CoD or Battlefield crashing or lagging out every time you shoot another player and the response being "well don't shoot other players" . . .yeah, its that dumb.

@Wing nailed it, and the thing is, when ESO PvP is performing well, it is literally the best fantasy PvP I have ever played.

I realize they may not be able to fix it completely, easily, but they could fix some of the things we want. Even better, I would literally pay for a better performing ESO PvP-only server you could port to. Maybe make it also earnable if you cannot afford to pay $ by paying some obscene AP upkeep.

With how much money they rake in on the crown store, and some whales spending $500 to 1k a pop on crates, it kind of makes you wonder why pvp servers are just trash let alone pve.

The glaring truth is that they just dont care. Make me believe other wise, PLEASE zos! Playing this game since beta phase 1 up to one week ago when I finally decided enough is enough, I came to that harsh reality; they clearly do not care.

You would of thought I would of realized that when they didnt do anything about cheat engine for MONTHS until someone decided to bring it to light. Then those banned got let back in.....I should of realized that back then.


But like shadow said, it is the best fantasy pvp ever......for the 5 seconds it does work....

When there is an Emperor, the objective of everyone else on the server is to dethrone. That is the only time that you will hear don't hit the other non Emperor faction in zone chat. Even when you take EVERYTHING from the Emperor faction but the one ring keep that the faction is turtled in, you have no other choice.

To say that people shouldn't zerg or faction stack the last remaining Emperor keep means that you have no idea how to PVP. It has been this way for years.

They happened multiple times to us in Vivec at Chalman trying to dethrone reds last week. We gave us. It is too frustrating.
