ZOS, what do your customers need to do to get you to FIX something?

You’ve known about the real problem for WEEKS now, permafreezing in Cyrodiil. Hiccup freezes are an inconvenience yet you focused on fixing those instead of one of your main end game content areas?!
Do you just need a mass exodus of players to fix it? A mass cancellation of subscriptions? A picket outside Zenimax Online Studios and Zenimax Media?
WHAT do WE, your customers, need to do to get you to prioritize US?!
This nonsense gets worse and worse, and it’s killing PvP guilds! It’s killing active players’ desires to play the game.

Stop telling us you’re “looking into it” when you could have already BEEN LOOKING INTO IT.

Problem - Permafreezing during combat with multiple players. The screen freezes permanently but chat still works. You are forced to manually dashboard in order to fix it.

Extra information:
All consoles are experiencing this problem.

    You know with all the issues in the world today.......picketing outside a game studio over 1st world problems would lend credence to every negative stereotype of outrage culture.

    It' s so ironic, people hate the game, they hate the developers, they hate the people who invest their money that makes the game possible, and when they can't play the thing they hate?

    They hate even more.

    I wonder if they even have the ability to be embarrassed by this?

    Picketing was not a serious suggestion. More to emphasize the point of the problem with an exaggeration. “Is that what it will take for them to pay attention?”

    Virtue signal somewhere else. Or better yet, keep doing it here. Get more attention to the thread so ZOS will actually pay attention to their paying customers for once.
