I want to be rid of Steam, what do you want from me? Money? Weapons? 3 chickens and a goat?

Is it possible to buy a second BASE copy of the game through the ESO store, login using my ESO user id, and play with the DLC I've already paid for? Or do I have to buy every scrap of DLC over again? Would it even matter if I bought all of the DLC over?



"Looking into it" is not good enough. We want out.

I switched over from steam a long time ago, when the base game was like $20. Very worth it. I believe that all the chapters and DLC you bought, so long as you bought them through the crown store or directly from ESO are applied to your account. Of course if you have ESO+ all the DLC will still be there for sure. Idk about buying chapters through Steam or anything if thats possible. Steam is a miserable gaming platform imo.

Are you sure about this? I'd happily buy the base game again from ZOS for my daughter and husband if they got to keep their characters, DLC, expansions and cash shop items.
We are sick of the Steam connection issues but neither of them wants to start over again. We just want to play together as a family.
