Black dye appearing green again

The Coldharbour Ash Black has a green tint to it whenever you are standing in light.(daytime, or next to a lamp)
This has happened before and it was fixed, but it has returned again since Summerset. Please fix again because i want to use black and not have it appear green.

Interesting, I was checking if this problem has already been addressed and I found this thread.
It's also happening on PS4 NA, it can be noticeable with Mercenary motifs arms and light jerkin, outlaw medium and light helmets, noble suit and I think also with the wedding suit if dyed with Coldharbour ash black.
I was hoping it could be fixed with the new update (v1.36) but it didn't and indeed it got messed up with the Summerset update.0
