Happened so far several times inside and outside of Outposts. Keeps/Castles/Forts. And also random open field stuff. So basically all of Cyrodiil
It is refund worthy by any ones standards (probably not possible) , but i enjoy playing and have had some hard laughs at the terrible performance if nothing else
