Frustrated with Crashes during Pledges

I just keep crashing in the middle of dungeons
No warning and freeze blue screen of death.
Sure that's pretty annoying but guess what! it gets worse.
I am doing pledges
and guess what happens if a team member randomly drops
you keep doing the dungeon.
now my computer is pretty much brand new and extremely fast
so I am back in the game pretty quickly after restart
maybe I miss just the one boss.
Oh wait that boss is the pledge boss!
Now I have to do the whole dungeon again...
I hope I don't crash again...
This has been happening all week.
Please fix something.
