guy I'm EP character, I did it many times before but now I'm stuck
so I done first quest Long long story of mages guild
when I go out from mages guild in Davon's Watch Shali must appear and give me next quest

but... nothing
tried a lot of things but still nothing
I cant start Simply Misplaced quest

anyone experienced same issue before? how to fix?

in deshaan I can see Shali and Valaste, they obviously cant give me the quest

    no, why it matters? it never matters before, you can do all quests at lvl1

    Mages Guild, Fighters Guild, Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood you need to be a certain level in the guild to do the next quest in the series.
