Seriously though, I haven't played in a couple years and just read about how the racial passives for Argonians give you a tri-pot + whatever potion you used. Magicka DK's in heavy armor tend to rely on cost reduction, battle roar, and potions to survive.

Should I switch from dark elf to argonian for a heavy armor magicka DK?

Argonian is bis race for every class right now from a PvP perspective.

Argonian is very good right now, you can't go wrong with Lizard-Folk

That said, I wouldn't change my Dunmer into an Argonian, I think both the Tribunal and the Hist would be PISSED

Argonian is the best utilized race with the current infused potion glyph jewelries if you are looking to sustain. And that's about it.
