Psijic order shield is broken bug ps4

The damage shield you get from holding block while you have a Psijic order skill slotted is broken if you continue to hold block while qued for a battleground or cyrodiil all the way into the load screen the shield stays on you even after you aren't holding block anymore then when you hold block again it stacks you get a new shield on top of the one you already got @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

Jake1576✭✭✭✭✭This needs fixed i just tested it if you continue to hold block while qued for pvp the shield stacks on top of another one then if you switch to your other campaign and hold block again it will stack on top of the other shield allowing you to shield your entire health barEdited by Jake1576 on June 13, 2018 7:06PM0

There are multiple Shields on me in my buff tracker it says concentrated barrier 10 times0 -

Until someone wearing the Shield breaker set comes along, then it's game over.
(5 items) When you deal damage with a Light or Heavy Attack against a Player with a damage shield, you deal an additional 2150 Oblivion Damage to them.
If I recall, doesn't oblivion damage go through shields? (This is why Sloads seems OP.)1
