When will we have a working Dungeon Finder?

So dungeon finder is bugged again. Daily dungeons don't give reward mails or completion experience over half the time. The daily bonus screen appears as if I hadn't done a single dungeon. Basically a waste of time. Not to mention when the game mysteriously decides to remove you from queue after someone else declines. I think people should receive some sort of compensation for the time we've spent without actually receiving anything in return with the bugged dungeon finder, because so far it's been just a waste of repair gold, food and time to do random dungeons, not to mention it completely kills solo power leveling since it's by far the quickest way to level a character from scratch without paying for carries (and dolmen farming is actually pitifully slow, why anyone would rather farm dolmens than dungeons is beyond me).
