Can’t use guildtraders , group chat nor trade with friends.?

I didn’t receive an email telling me I got banned or suspended? I also don’t recall doing anything to receive such. But I can’t use the guild traders if I click on them it just says goodbye and when I try to trade with a friend it says failed. & when I type in chat my friends tell me they can’t see it? Please help me.

✭✭✭✭✭Seems you got an automated social ban which is due to messaging. It can be sending to many letters to fast and probably other things
I think they are short lived. Not sure what you were doing at the time based on what you said.Edited by idk on May 30, 2018 9:41PM0
