No Exclusive Fullscreen? Any way to force it?
Unfortunately it seems that ESO's fullscreen option isn't actually fullscreen, since it behaves identically to its borderless window mode. Unfortunately for me that means that I'm not able to play it at any higher resolution than what my desktop is set to. I have a 4k screen but run my desktop at 1080p, so any time I want to play this game in 4k I have to change the resolution of my desktop to 4k.
If there's any way to force the game to use actual fullscreen then I could play the game in 4k without changing my desktop settings, does anyone know of a way to do so?
