Still didn't receive the Nightmare Senche and no answer for more than 48 hours.

Hello,

I still didn't receive my nightmare senche mount, yes i did pre-purchase the game, yes I did it Digitaly and yes I have proof on Instant Gaming and on my paypal account.

I even made a ticket where I gave the proof but still no answer for almost 3 days. This is the ticket reference btw : 180522-001647.

So please help me, because I like your game, but this silence is kinda bugging me.

    My girlfriend has the same issue, brother. She redeemed her Summerset Digital Upgrade code the 25th of May, it says right there in Billing Info, and her account says Summerset Standard Edition, but she has not gotten Nightmare Senche or Morrowind. I redeemed my own code on the 21st of May and I received my pre-order rewards without any problems, so we were thinking that maybe she was just too late - but when she logs in tto the game, it says "until June 5th" and then asks her to pre-order, but when she clicks on pre-order it takes her to the Crown Store and already says "Purchased".

    3 days so far and no response from support, same as you. She is, understandably, quite upset.
