Crafting bug.

I started trait researching, but it shows "researching 0/1", trait that i started shows researchable, item i used gone, and i cant start any other researching because "no researching slots available'

I have the same issue and I have reproduced it, taking screen shots:
This happens on all of my jewelry for all characters on my account:

I can loot any jewelry and when it is placed in the bank it looses the Research availability.
