Hey, either I'm missing something or it's broken, but the skill is supposed to empower each LA after each tick. When I tested it my LAs went up by 3%....what am I missing?

Works on the PTS anyway. Naked new character goes from 770 to 1076. Unless they broke something with the live release, but I'm not refunding all my morphs to test it, lol.0 -

✭I use it a lot, seems to be working correctly for me.
Does it buff your LA by 40%? For me it was a lot less...I'm guessing its additive with CP?0
