Incap strike and other ultimates won't work on ps4 na because of lag

Can't get an ultimate off on ps4 na vivec i press the buttons and nothing happens until seconds later when it's to late

That what I hear everytime. No ultimate goes off. Ultimate not consumed.

Since proc sets are so popular Zos has decided to make everything a proc chance. You now have an 8% chance to proc ultimates, abilities, potions, break free, load screens, blue screens, pause screens, stat regeneration, and health desyncs.

Just keep pressing those buttons eventually something will happen

Just pop your ulti a few seconds before you mean to? Idk, it's frustrating at times.

Just last night I was carrying a buddy through Skyreach and dropped a dud destro ult. Not a big deal but it's pretty irritating when it happens in a trial.
