Here I am desperately trying to find the last breach to seal (I've been doing them over a couple of days, not all in one long swoop) and I think I have it. I get the Synergy for the Augur, and the chat, but when I get to where the Breach should be, it's all golden and sealed off. Not sure what to do about it. I have used /reloadui and logged out and in. I have completed this quest with one other character.
Favourite NPC: Wine-For-All
Mostly PC-EU , with a lonely little guy on NA.

    We missed one on one quest. Going back through them came across one we had clearly sealed but still got the prompt from the Augur and got the glowing head again. We did find the one we missed.

    Hope your situation is that simple, though time consuming.

    Thanks, I will try this with my husband on the ones I am unsure of. I don't have to do them all because today I took screenshots of the ones I was doing for future characters to consult. I never got a prompt from the Augur on the other ones I was unsure of.
