ArvenAldmeri✭✭✭✭✭I cant find this either. Someone in other post answer that its at Russafeld shrine but when I go there no NPC to be seen.Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase. -

This achievement works like "I like Mia'q", "Lightbringer", "Peacemaker" so you will randomly spot altmer dude and argonian female while travelling in Summerset, then just talk to them and that's it.

LadyDestiny✭✭✭✭✭Having issues with this quest as well. Mine shows in progress, haven't been able to catch these npc's, nor have I ever spoken to them. Don't have any quest in my log either. I have traveled back and forth so many times now, but it's not working. -

I dont think it shows up in your quest log. I have about 3 or 4 of these encounters so far.
They do show up at Russafield wayshrine, but I have got them in other places as well. Last night I found them at lit up small shrine (not wayshrine) that is often on sides of road.
I am sorry I dont remember which one, but I believe was south of Rellenthil geyser? I happened to take 2 nonsense screenshots at the time (I do that often lol) but I will put them here because maybe it can help identify the area I found them? Then you can try there as well?

No, he won't. He will randomly appear when you approach one of his spawn locations. Back when I earned it, the spawn rate appeared to be about 10%. He does not exist if players are not currently present and interacting with him. He will not depart until you leave the immediate vicinity. has it been determined what, if any, cooldown there is after he despawns and before he respawns again in a given zone? -

✭✭✭✭✭Wow. I didn't know this was a thing. I've seen Choixth in a dozen places, didn't know what s/he was for, no quest arrow etc. Hmm. Last time I was in Summerset, I saw that NPC in Lillandril; near Cloudrest; and messing about in the grapevines outside of Alinor.
Oh! And messing around in the vines outside of the winery near Russafeld too - whatever its name is.
As for Mai'q - I just talk to him when I see him somewhere. No clue how that thing works. Lots of stuff I don't know about this game. -
Meesha1170✭✭✭✭This took me a few weeks to get. I just made it a point to go to the Russafeld wayshrine after doing dailies each night and eventually got all the dialogue options.
