New Character Login Backgrounds and Fast Traveling Animations - Concept

I've been thinking for a while that I'm actually really tired of seeing the same backgrounds for my characters over and over again. You know, those backgrounds when you just login and AD is the flowery, beautiful nature scene, EP is the snowy river scene, and DC is a desert scene? I was really thinking about, "Man, I kinda wish we had more backgrounds to choose from. Maybe backgrounds where they show off your character's success, achievements, etc."
For example, one of the ones I would really enjoy is one in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. Your character is just standing in the sanctuary, maybe the music changes to depending on which character/background you pick. Maybe there's one for each zone, such as one where you character is standing in Vivec City or in the outskirts of Morrowind with a cliff racer in the background. There can be one where you're in Cephorah Tower, one where you're near the Crystal Tower, etc. There are many possibilities, each adding more to the "immersion of your character".
Immediately while thinking about this I thought, "Wait, what would the point of this be? No one except yourself can see it." I still have that thought while thinking about it, but I believe it would be a nice idea to add, just a small cosmetic change that can add more to your character's story. I create backstories for all my characters, so by adding new backgrounds to their character screens, I think that it would just add a tiny bit of magic. Again, this is just a tiny cosmetic change that really doesn't change anything gameplay or even in-game wise. This is just a small concept I thought of that would be a welcome change.
Another concept I was thinking of is new fast travel animations. Again, a small cosmetic change that really doesn't change much, but this time other players would be able to see it. Right now, everyone has the stars aligning animation, but that may not fit in with what you have concluded to be your character's backstory.
One example I was thinking of is one for the Dark Brotherhood. Maybe you do the ritual where you lie down a bunch of bones and stab the heart to summon a Dark Brotherhood assassin, who then whisks you away to your determined wayshrine. Another example I was thinking about was connected with the Psijic Order, where you summon a portal similar to the ones the Psijic Order have and step through it. One other I just thought about was maybe race specific ones. I can't think of anything specific to the 10 races, but it would be interesting to see.
Anyway, that's my two concepts I've thought about. Again, both are purely cosmetic and one of them is just for you. I would love to hear anyone else's ideas connected to these concepts. Maybe you have some ideas for fast travel animations or character login backgrounds. Maybe you think this is a stupid idea, in which I can definitely see your point. Again, I would just like to hear your feedback/ideas.
