Cannot Disable/Enable nor Edit my Mods settings after patch [Fixed]

All changes in settings that were made are lost upon in any form of loading screen. Enable or disable doesn't work too.
Nvm this one, I found the culprit. It's the new anti-virus I've installed that seems to be protecting my files upon modification.
