How is the “blessing of war“ buff currently working?

I'm a little bit irritated about the blessing of war buff in cyrodiil.
I thought you would get it, if you clear a delve in cyrodiil, meaning kill all bosses in one delve.
Obviously this is no longer the case. In the last days I got it when killing only one boss in Muck Valley Cavern, but I didn't got it when killing the only boss in the Echo Cave.
Can someone enlightened please share how it works? Thanks!
I play on PS4 EU in the Vivec campaign.

✭✭✭✭✭Its supposed to be killing a delve boss, doesnt have to be all. Strange that you didn't get it for Echo Cave.5
