Where is the other house we tested?

When the PTS was still active there was another house that was tested as well. It had a boat and large land area as well. Where is that house? I looked on the Crown Shop today with the release of SummerSet but only the Townhouse was there. Posted here because I didn't know with the release of SummerSet if it was still under a non-discloser or not.
