Update keeps restarting

My update keeps restarting. Has done this about 4 or 5 times now. But each time it restarts the size of the download is different. Anyone else experience this?

I'm at 3% now and it's going very slowly, as I believe I'm not the only one who has to reinstall their whole game now.
