In the Summerset zone its constant FPS drops, is this a known issue?

ESO in general, but with U18 and Summerset there might be some server load issues aswell. But haven't been in myself yet to test.

Same here. I notice them mostly when running into larger groups of players. Tested this in main cities, more obvious over there.....

Bad feeling here too. I went to a house for testing, deactivating all the addons. The FPS was at max but when I started running around the house it dropped randomly and continously, even at 27ish FPS.

Honestly, my frame rate dropped significantly after this patch: sometimes, it's unplayable with freezes occurring. Not cool.
