Rune cage doesn't cc at times and neither does fossilize. This was reported day 1 on pts

    This is why I am never enthusiastic about an update. And this is why I have still not downloaded Summerset. In no hurry to put up with the game performance and bug issues that should of been fixed prior to it going live. I see by scanning the bug report forum since Summerset went live there are a lot of issues/bugs being reported. Will wait a few days to see what gets fixed if anything.
