Actually I have attended Launch parties for SOE, Blizzard, Bungie, Bioware and Arenanet.

I have also attended fan launch parties for several titles that were sponsored by Razer, Wizards Of The Coast, and Gamestop.

Have to work and since ZoS has short term memory, and couldnt figure out how to get a system set up like they did with Morrowind to allow people that ordered the physical copy to get early access even though we preordered and it said we were supposed to

There's a few posts of people who sent a copy of their invoice to support and were given the pre-order mount and told they would be able to access Summerset on release day. Don't think this was ever advertised, though.

No it wasnt advertised at all.
I tried to look at the support page and sumbitted a ticket but there was no option to attach a picture of my order confirmation. Is there another email?
